heres a quick test i made on ragdollzombies squirrel, i just made select random, extrude individual and scaled it up for the fins...

I must have missed the .xml stuff, I'll try that out next time :)

edit: I still can't seem to get it to work :( I've set up the .xml for it but the fur never shows up...

Oh ho ho
David and his clever use of blendshapes. It's finding the differences in vertices and working with just those. I learn so much just being on this forum.
