I just tested it with a217. It works for me. Only problem is the 180 degree turn of the arrow mid-flight. But that's not game breaking. What steps are you taking to add the items to the scene?
Edit: I updated the README instructions on the Github page. So those steps should work.

i can't seem to fire the bow, nor does the reticle work. does it not work with the current build? or did i maybe set it up wrong

Click on Mods in the main menu. Is the bow and arrow enabled?

Is there any way to use this mod with the current beta or any chance if it being updated? It looks awesome!
