You have a lowered sense of musical taste because you like noise that ISN'T MUSIC. Start a thread to argue about this if you must, please.

Anyway, that would be cool. The MP3 player thing, I mean.
What is the noise I like that isn't music? How about you go choke?

Also, I didn't think Macwiggy was sounding like an ass.

Sounds fun. I'm eager to see what you can come up with.

That sounds great. The music in Lugaru is a little... Subpar.

I disagree...without aggression.

No offense, but the music Mikko Tarmia made for LU2 is pretty generic fantasy music.

Is that a bad thing?

I'm not saying I agree or disagree with what MacWiggy, because I'm not really sure what generic fantasy music is. But hey, this guy is clearly the official on what good music is, right? Seriously, what is the problem?

Is it supposed to be different just for the sake of being different? Why not be well done instead of trying to do something no one has ever thought of before?

Who even cares if it's good? If you like it, great, listen to it. If you don't, turn it off and put on your own music. Where's the issue?

That's what I do for lugaru. And I LIKE generic fantasy music; if done poorly, it's hilarious, and if done well, it actually adds too the game.

Who even cares? A lot of people care. I would not like to have to turn off the music and put my own on. With a game, I want music that fits the situation and atmosphere. I do not want poor music in a game. It sometimes ruins it.

And as far as I can tell from what I've heard, I'll be fine by what is going to be produced for Lugaru 2.

I think Mikko's Lugaru 2 tracks are fantastic so far; they are definitely different enough to stand out from any other action/adventure games I know of, but not different enough to be jarring.

You people realy talk down about game music... It looks realy arrogant...
Do you even know how much the music helps define a game?
By just swapping the music, the game can give you a completely experience.

If the music for the game sucks, the experience will hit rock bottom, as experienced before with other games.

The L2 music seems great though, and I can't wait to play to it.

In other words, give music some more credit :\
Music got a greater power over your emotions and such than images. Blah. Ramble.
